Windmills were popular in this area of FL. In Sea Scouts I became friends with Bernie Mills whos father designed this boat as well as the Optimist Pram. I also surfed and skimmed boarded. When there was no surf on the Gulf Coast we would dive to Coco Beach for the weekend.
